Not satisfied? Money back.

At City Groomer, the satisfaction of our customers and, of course, their dogs is our top priority.
Should you ever be dissatisfied, please contact us directly after your appointment or at the latest within 24 hours. We take your concerns seriously and will work together to find a fair solution.

Our promise to you

If a treatment does not meet your expectations, we will offer you one of the following options after a personal consultation:

  • a free rectification

  • a reasonable price reduction

  • a partial or full refund

The decision is made individually, transparently and always with the aim of finding a good solution for all parties involved.

When is a refund possible?

A refund can be issued if:

  • Feedback will be provided within 24 hours of the appointment.

  • The dissatisfaction is described in a comprehensible way.

  • the dog has received the full treatment

  • No false or missing information was provided regarding the dog's health status.

When a refund is not possible

In the following cases, there is no entitlement to a refund:

  • in case of no-show or very short-notice cancellation

  • in case of early collection without a valid reason

  • in cases of aggressive or extremely stressed behavior in the dog that makes treatment impossible

  • in case of changes to the coat after the appointment that were not caused by our work

We want you to go home with a good feeling and for your dog to feel comfortable with us.


Should something not be perfect, we talk openly with each other and always find a fair solution.
